Polyester printing mesh weaving

Spiral chain weaving: mesh belt, with or without  filler wire
 Spiral mesh is made of round wire or flat wire  without edges, loop chains, filled filaments or unfilled filaments. Weft and  warp yarns can be made into a variety of combinations. Connections can be inserts,  grooves, frames, rings, spiral loops, or stainless steel clips or fasteners.
 application:
 It is used as a process belt for various  solid-liquid separation filtration systems, sewage treatment of urban sewage,  squeezing and dewatering of factory mud and pulp, juice squeezing, dewatering  of power plants, mines and coal.
 Special spiral mesh, filter belt is used for paper  and cardboard processing: conveyor belt, press belt, dehydration media  material.
 Polyester mesh has better corrosion resistance and wear resistance than traditional  brass and copper paper machine cloth. Since 1983, polyester screen printing  mesh have been used in China's paper industry. In 1984, the first full set  of polyester printing cloth production line was introduced from abroad  to China. Now, we can produce single-layer, double-layer, three-layer or more  shed woven single-layer and multi-layer fabric mesh . Polyester filter  belts are used as conveyor belts or screen belts for various paper machine  speeds and rolls and long nip press sections.
