How to choose the mesh number of polyester screen printing mesh fabric
How to choose the mesh number of polyester screen printing mesh fabric and its influence on silk screen printing:
The grid selection is usually organized by "number of grids" or the number of lines per square inch, such as 110, 180, and 240. The smaller the number, the larger the opening, and the ink will pass through the fabric; a higher number means more threads and smaller openings per inch, allowing less ink transfer. If the template has a lot of details and a small or narrow part of the grid is covered, a printing screen with a high grid count is suitable. Larger openings will see too much ink and may confuse the edges and details of the image.
