Stainless steel screen, also known as ultra-thin silk cloth, is a kind of special stainless steel screen cloth used in printing industry. There are plain weave and twill weave, the mesh is square, the mesh surface is smooth, the friction strength is high, and the strength will not be changed due to the influence of ultraviolet. Its features in use are as follows:

1) The tension is higher than polyester screen and the performance is stable.

2) The opening of wire diameter is even and the error rate is small.

3) Under high tension, the degree of wire mesh stretching is small.

4) It will not lose elasticity due to deformation under extremely high tension.

5) It has the characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance. The wear resistance of steel wire is much better than that of fiber.

6) It can prevent static electricity and ensure the printing effect.

7) Stainless steel printing silk cloth can be directly plate, surface for curved substrate, such as glass, ceramics, metal, plastic, etc., suitable for use in harsh environment.
