Low moisture absorption, almost no humidity; higher heat resistance than nylon, less affected by ultraviolet rays than nylon. Pay attention to the following points in use: polyester mesh is stable in size and suitable for high-precision printing, so it needs more tension than nylon mesh, and requires a stronger frame, stretching machine and stronger adhesion method; because polyester is Hydrophobic, so it is difficult to bind esters with the plate membrane. Pay attention to cleaning and degreasing before plate making. Despite its low hygroscopicity, it cannot resist boiling water for a long time. Nylon is slightly worse; it is not resistant to alkali corrosion.
