The most common weaving pattern in the silk screen  printing is called "plain weave", which will be designated as  "PW" on the label, such as PW polyester print screen and plain  weave polyester print screen. This is a simple up and down knitting  pattern. "Twill weave (TW)" means that each horizontal thread passes  over and below multiple vertical threads, such as TW polyester print screen or Twill weave Polyester Print Screen. Twill weave Polyester Print  Screen is used to make thicker and stronger screens. Even if the number of  meshes is the same, the twill weave mesh is thicker than the plain weave mesh.  The silkscreen printing Technology Foundation compared the performance  of different tissues and found that the twill weave transferred less ink than  the plain weave. This pattern will produce a stronger grid and heavier wiring  can be used.
