How to set the tension when stretching the nylon mesh sieve

Theoretically speaking, the nylon flour sieve mesh cannot be stretched in one step, but should be tightened step by step, and the tension should be gradually increased step by step, so as to ensure that the screen is balanced in force and stretched uniformly.

Main methods:

1. Standard stretch method:

Follow the principle: first warp and then weft, the distribution increases, if the tension force is 15N/cm, the mechanical stretcher

（Repeat the steps: Warp 5N/cm→Weft 5N/N→Warp 10N/cm→Weft 10N/c→Warp 15N/cm→Weft 15N/cm, each step must be paused for about 5 minutes, for pneumatic type, it should be based on tension changes.)

2. Two-step stretching method:

stretch to 60% of the required rated tension in the first step, let it keep for 10 minutes, and then increase to the rated tension in the second step.

Obviously, the operation of the mechanical stretcher is much easier, while for the pneumatic stretcher, a pressure change is required to complete the two-step stretch.

3. Quick stretch method:

Reach the rated tension value at one time, which is commonly used in pneumatic stretcher. This kind of operation particularly requires the quality of the screen, stretcher and the level of operation technology, otherwise the screen is easily broken.
