Analysis on several common damage reasons of filter bag

1、 Filter bag quality

1. Hot melt is not good

The filter bag is not fully welded or over welded

2. Poor stitching

If the jumper or off-line is easy to burst the bag, the pressure loss of the filter bag will increase during operation, and the impurities will scale, which is a great test of the filter bag material and workmanship

3. Wrong material

The wrong material selection will cause more damage to the filter bag

2、 Too much pressure

1. Differential pressure control

The pressure difference of the filter bag is controlled between 0.08-0.15mpa, and the pressure difference shall be carried out according to the regulations. There are two ways to measure the pressure difference: one is a relatively low mechanical pressure gauge, the liquid may block the inlet of the pressure gauge, resulting in inaccurate pressure difference; the other is a more expensive diaphragm pressure gauge, avoiding the disadvantages of the mechanical pressure gauge

2. Pressure range

The operation pressure shall be within the allowable range. At present, the construction of filter bag is divided into hot-melt welding and thread sewing. The maximum pressure of hot-melt welding is 10kg, and the pressure of triangle bottom is higher than that of arc, and the maximum pressure of thread sewing is about 16KG

3. Flow control

The flow meter can be used to change the bag by how much flow is filtered, which can effectively control the problem of excessive pressure

3、 Use of filter bag

1. If the operator uses it improperly, pull off the welding part between the filter bag ring and the filter cloth

2. Filter bag installed incorrectly

4、 Quality and design of filter bag

1. The polishing degree of the filter basket also determines the use of the filter bag

2. The filter bag is not fixed when it is put into the filter, and it moves as the liquid rotates

3. If the filter design is defective, the filter bag will burst. For example, if the filter basket is too long, the filter bag will not be supported during reuse
