230 Mesh screens are best used with water based inks, and work well for halftone and other high detail graphics. Great for screen printing on paper! Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.

Getting your screen professionally pre-coated with emulsion saves you a lot of time and money if you are prone to spilling emulsion and doing a generally poor coat job. Our pre-coated screens ship in light safe bags and arrive ready to expose, so you can open the bag and go straight to burning!
